We are looking for sustainable long term investments for our clients.
Our customers do not only invest based on economic aspects, they also consider ecological and social aspects when making their purchases.
Investments are therefore based on the following criteria:
Consideration of environmental criteria including Minergie standard, public transport connection and maximum land utilization.
Economic criteria, taking into account rents in line with the market, low vacancy rates and economical floor plans.
Social criteria with a focus on location requirements with regard to work / education and culture.
Our main investment criteria
Commercial, office and residential properties (including services living, logistic properties and properties with a retail portion).
German-, French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, preferably in very good macro locations in the cantons of Zurich, Zug, Aargau, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, St. Gallen and Schwyz. In French-speaking Switzerland, we concentrate mainly on the regions of Lausanne and Geneva.
At least CHF 5 million, preferably CHF 10 million or more with normal market cash-flow returns.
Central locations in terms of accessibillity (public transport), good infrastructure for the type of use, interesting business enviroment, and positive outlook for demographic development. For more decentralized locations, cities with at least 2500 inhabitants.
Forms of ownership
Sole ownership, joint ownership and share deals.
We are looking for developed and undeveloped land, and plots with buildings rights, with or without licensed building projects.
